Detox Camp (1 day)

It's a detox day while we take in things from nature instead of the processed ones.I brought a detox program that's why i get to go for free:] And it's a wonderful experience. Will love to have more of this activities.

Part 1) YOGA

Yoga is not about the pose but more about your mind, spirit and body. Although it is just a 1 hour yoga, the teacher was very thoughtful and detailed in every single step. The first thing to do is to clear your mind. So not think about anything but focus on your lower 'dan tian' belly. Middle 'dan tian' heart. Uupper 'dan tian': throat.
How often do we ask our body? Did we care about it? Listen and ask your body how is he/she everyday.
Most people are self-centered. the ME is very big and that they don't listen to people around them.

After the mind was settled, the first exercise is to start with foot. because that is the root connected to earth. To notice how important is our foot and it teaches us that being a human we must be straight, upright.

Why Buddhist cannot take meat? Why Muslims cannot take pork? Why the Indian cannot take beef? If we take of the skin, actually we are just humans.

Part 2) Lesson on why detox.
Because everything that we ate consist of chemicals like herbicides and pesticides.
Pollution is everywhere and because of the food like coffee, seafood, meat, alcohol and Sweet stuffs.
Constipation occurs with almost everybody so it's important to detox and let our liver rest after so many years of doing 'purifying' all toxic.
All the other organs will take a chance to rest too.

Then continue on SPA(Solus Par Aqua). How to do SPA that is relaxing and affordable at home?(even without the bath tub!)

Part 3) QI GONG
Learn how to breath When doing the 气功。(qi gong)
Learn 5 basic moves part of the Shao Lin gong fu. I forgot what it call though.
Very cool and more challenging! Like stretching your whole body with the right breathing. Some how like that. And to focus on the third-eye position for ladies while doing qi gong.
You will feel more flexible after the moves and great!

Part 4) Cha Cha DANCE!
I love this part the most. It's actually very simple but fun to play around because it is always 5 moves and can come out with many steps by turning or dancing with your partner. So FUN! I can provide free dance teaching session:]

That will end my day! SO fully being used.
Feel so great then rotting at home.
